    I always flame mine first as the flatwire I got isn't annealed, then chuck it up in my drill, wrap enough to do 2 coils and pull the legs out from the wrap. AVS has flatwire too.

    Quick awesome recipe- Cook sausage and grits. Layer grits on bottom of a rammican, top with cooked sausage. Crack and egg on it, cover with cheddar cheese. Bake for about 20 mins at 350, or until the whites turn white, but yolks still runny.
