    Am I the only Zero nic vaper?

    A co-worker has gradually 'stepped down' in nic levels until he reached 0. He was a heavy pipe/cig smoker who was quitting for health reasons and his comment to me was that ecigs were saving his life. I'm at 16-18 mg nicotine right now and have had maybe a dozen regular cigs in nearly 3 months...

    Ouch! I have a blunt tipped needle but I actually prefer the sharper point. After reading this I think I'll be more careful and keep the cat out in the garage.

    What juice would you recommend next?

    I'm partial to VapeSafe as well. So far Apollo's Apple is my favorite (it has a nice apple/maple flavor and very smooth). Fields of Forever (strawberry) and Caribbean Gold (butter rum) are nice as well. Astro Bacco is a good every day blend.
