    One year ago this evening, I smoked my last cigarette. Actually, I took three puffs and put it in the snuffer. It tasted terrible and it didn't satisfy my nicotine cravings. I was vaping 25mg at the time. Today, I'm vaping 3.75mg, and rarely have a cigarette craving. :banana:
