    Ok thanks well I have only been in wattage mode with these replacement coils. And as I said I can not go any higher than 24 watts without them burning out. No Idea why!! Hence why I posted about it. I cant even go to 30 watts like I could with the first coil that was already in it when I got...

    Ok, so what could mine be then? with a red band? what setting can I use them on if I cant use them on the SS setting? NI? , TI?, NC? , Currently I been using it on watts setting at 24.0 watts!

    hmmm now I am wondering if it is red that looks pinkish color band and yes your right about the box it doesn't have SS at the bottom? So why does it say SSOCC then if they are not SS ones? doesn't make any sense? please explain?

    They have the pink band on my coils I bought. And the box also says SSOCC on them as well and the pink band on the coils too.

    And I did fully prime them first and left them to sit for about 15 mins as well before I used them. I also remove the battery then put it back in so it then asks me to click yes or no to new coil etc etc. I also dry inhale about 5 times too before I actually press the button to vape.

    Yep I just checked the 4 boxes I have. All the ID codes are different on each one. And they are all saying they are authentic.

    Amazon have now done a refund for me. they also as a good will cos it was xmas time said I do not need to return the faulty product either. As a gesture. I will order a new mod when I get the refunded money.

    ok thanks for the help all. I can confirm though I checked the ID codes on the kanger website and the mod and coils are 100% authentic. So that is not the problem. I think the mod is just faulty. I am now on the phone to amazon :)
