Since dropping my nicotine from 24mg to < 1mg I have gone fro 3-5ml/day to <1ml/day.
Reducing my craving for nicotine has also reduced how frequently I vape.
I started at 0.75mg this week, I have been vaping about half as much since I reached this level (3ml/day to maybe 1ml). I just don't think about vaping as much anymore.
Once I'm halfway through this 30ml bottle I'll cut in half again or maybe just go to 0.

I've dropped from 24mg to <1mg in ~6 weeks.
I dropped ~5mg/week until I was down to 5mg then by halves.
Also a bit ambitious, but I was encouraged at how quickly I adapted to lower nicotine levels so I just kept going.

I had no plans to, though now that I have dropped my nicotine to nearly nothing the desire to vape is fading.
Perhaps, in a couple of months I will be vape free, or not.

I'm not sure how much influence they have had with the FDA, but they have sat at a table with the them on occasion.
I highly doubt the FDA would care to share the power they have been looking for.
I bought a cigalike at a shop so I wouldn't have to stand out in the cold.
