    I used mostly the Samsung 30Q which is also 3000mah. Read mooch's reports in the Battery and Chargers subforum. RTDvapor has them for a fair price and is well respected around here.

    The Endura T18 is a high quality piece in a compact size. Tank holds a little more than the i16 I think. 1000mah is more than the VV3 at 750 IIRC. Coil heads are cheap. Top fill and no spill coil replace out the bottom.

    Thanks for the insight. Glad I don't burn my rayon. Even though you have not provided proof that finished rayon actually contains any carbon disulfide or anything else.

    Best it to learn how to time your draw and button finger so that you keep drawing after letting go of the button. The extra air cools the coil and that helps keep the gunk from cooking onto the coil.

    I vape unflavored VG at 6mg with rayon wicks. I tried cutting down to 3mg and it didn't do it for me. Going back to 6mg I did notice the difference in taste that can only be from the nic. And yes rayon really provides the true taste of what you are vaping. Good or bad.

    I have three STMs and never close them. Use them wide open. Leave them upright on the Kbox mini all night. You might look at the Protank 4. Under $16 at Vapor Beast. I use the STM RBA in mine.

    Several places in the USA sell just the base for under $10. Could be a non replaceable seal in the base that is leaking.

    I took out the bottom pin/screw and all there is to seal it is a hard plastic cone shape. Apparently it is supposed to seat against the body when you tighten the screw. Any ideas on stopping the leak from this area?

    You might try changing your setup. Rayon flows more liquid, that cools the coil. You end up with more liquid in your mouth throat for the same cotton build. Try a smaller diameter coil = less wick or more watts/volts to vaporize the liquid better. Maybe more air flow as well. Trial and error

    Cotton and rayon are both cellulose. Irritation is likely from increased liquid and nic delivered by rayon. Most people have cut their nic percentage by half at first.
