    I agree..it doesn't have to be an expensive fancy charger..my first few 18650 chargers were five bucks or were free with the purchase of X_Fire batteries (BTW Ananth, stay away from batteries with the word "Fire" in the brand...they're likely to live up to their name)

    They usually say the plain padded manila envelope contains a "gadget" or "hardware" and have an unobtrusive return addy with a guy named "Mr Yuen" as sender. No evidence of it containing vaping stuff. Fasttech sells other things beside vaping goodies..that's where I purchased my red clown...
