    A much better choice then mine was :lol: :D I don't even have a good reason why I decided to use it. I've used a friend of mine's Pico so I knew exactly what I was getting but I think when I realized it came with the Melo that's what got the best of me and I just had to try it :eek: :lol:

    It means that your ecigs are NOT regulated or taxed in Nevada the same as cigarettes are regulated and taxed in Nevada. :) It's the first state I have heard of with an actual bill that clarifies ecigs in that manner. We may all need to move to Nevada :)
