    Wow...I didn't know you could get one email with all the updates. I get an email for every post! I finally had to try to cancel all those subscriptions. I still get some of them in my mail anyway. They flood my inbox. It would be handier to get just one email with all the updates.

    Have you been doing the Taryn spin after adding some juice? I cannot emphasize enough how much it helps. It helps the juice go down to the bottom of the cart and makes room for more juice. I usually have to fill and spin three times on a new cart before full. Maybe you are putting in juice...

    Helping a friend.

    I would suggest a tobacco sampler (if she THINKS she needs tobacco flavor) and a coffee sampler. I was a 2-pack a day smoker for 50 years, and I dislike all the tobacco flavors. Maybe a fruit sampler?
