I've noticed that their website has been laggy as well the past few days. I don't know what the problem is, but it hasn't timed out on me yet.
If you are looking for the DeKang USA Mix (aka Marlboro) I would suggest Value Vapor as an alternative. James offers good pricing and reasonable...
I had it happen as well and it is safe to continue using. What has happened is that that glue that holds the coil assembly has let loose so the assembly moves freely in the cylinder. Eventually the wires will break or the atty will succumb to a natural death so use it while you can.
Marvel, you should consider posting your problem in the AltSmoke vendor forum. Rob and Chad are readily available in that venue to help their customers.
As far as I know SEJ doesn't respond to postings here, but more than likely your Apple is just out of stock. From my experience they remove items from the products' web page when it's out.
You're not ripped..... just do a charge back on your credit card if your problem isn't resolved in a few more days.
Keep in mind a lot of suppliers are small Mom and Pop operations. Problems and family emergencies do arise although that doesn't excuse poor customer service of not keeping...
Just an update.... I visited their website a couple of weeks ago and found it was down for maintenance with a notice it would be back on-line October 25th. Presently, it is November 3rd and they are still not back up and running. Could be an indication they are kaput.
I was a big Riskee fan until I happened upon SEJ'S RY4. Only difference was the price. Color, consistency, taste, TH and aroma of the two are indistinguishable in my opinion.
Maybe because they don't have a store front. Johnson Creek is the same way. They don't allow customer pickups here in Wisconsin and that was their reason.
I would have two concerns about using OxyClean.
1. From my experience using it around the house, OxyClean can leave whatever you cleaned with a slimy feel if the concentration is too strong. I would be concerned with any residue left behind inside the atty if the atty isn't rinsed throughly...
Well, they wouldn't be the first vendor to have a oops moment. This forum has it's share of such stories and I have a few of my own.
As for Lynn over at DeKang, if she is that sure SEJ is selling fakes then maybe she should have her company contact SEJ about it or at least post a notice on...
Back when I first started vaping I placed a couple of orders with them and had no problems. Orders were shipped on time and received exactly as described. Since then I have moved on to other vendors that better suit my needs so I can't say how the present day Smoke Safe is doing. Hopefully an...
Glad to help.
You will find there are a lot of websites out there that request personal information from time to time and it is not limited to the e-cig trade. A good rule to remember in this day and age of identity theft...... if the information they request isn't absolutely necessary to...
LowThudd, sorry to hear of your experience. I've always found that SEJ's free delivery time to be as good as the vendors that use Priority Mail. I do my orders on Friday and it is delivered on Monday to the Midwest. I can't complain about that. I have noticed that with the last couple of...
They are just looking for a birth date to confirm you are over 18. Since they don't verify it, entering any appropriate date will do as long as the end result shows you are over 18 years of age.
You might want to check out Strictly E-Juice. They have RY1 thru 4 available. I love their #4 which is a good alternative to Riskee for me.
