    My mixes fall between 5% - 15% flavor total in general. Due to this if I want my pg/vg ratio to fall around 70/30 I should mix a base of 15%pg/85%vg? Won't this possibly cause nicotine levels to be stronger in some mixes?

    When you all pre-mix the base I assume it's nicotine and VG or PG??? Is the base always VG because you know that part remains constant due to the majority of flavors being PG based? And my last question-- what's the point? And, does it help with the steeping process? Close to 3 years...

    I've had companies in China create a UPS label, but it's shipped from China through their own carrier till it reaches the US. Once it clears customs it seemed that the package went to a destination and then UPS took over.
