    Propylene glycol is a mild anti-bacterial and anti-fungal - as already mentioned it's used in asthma inhalers and is sprayed in small quantities into the air in many hospitals and other places. If you're health problems are related to these things, it could be helping you keep down infections.

    I've had ego batteries that had a tingle to them when charging when I touched them - I wouldn't call it a vibration, it's too small for that. They've always worked OK though, so I stopped worrying about it.

    I can see them hosting in the US on cost basis (it's difficult to find budget hosting in this country - I've tried) but what sort of a business is skimping on their website and not skimping elsewhere. I'd avoid like the plague. You might be right to call in a forum mod.
