    i don't understand the love of teh 801! i admit i haven't used it ALL THAT MUCH, but just the few times i've used mine at 5v i just don't get it. it's really light and airy to me, and doesn't give as strong flavor as a 901 or 510. again, just opinion! i just prefer strong, sharp flavor.

    you're talking about a taste that is purely acrid, i know that taste. well, i'm guessing. what is your inhalation method? if you draw to the mouth, then inhale to the lungs, you can often avoid that burnt taste. i can't inhale directly to the lungs when vaping, otherwise i get that horrible...
