Ok tried all the above and still no go. This is what's happening, when I remove the top cap and lift it up then press the button, the led turns blue! But when I put it back on, all red light. So it fires when top cap is not making contact with the body and doesn't when it comes contact with... -

Charged all 4 batts at 4.24v. Popped them in, red led on but still no blue led..still won't fire. Thanks for joining me on this one guys. Sandman's calling. Be back in a few hours. -

I just got my new Buzz Pro (blue with chrome top/end caps) and 2 sets of Powerizer batts a few hours ago. Put in the batts and checked for red led, yes! Popped in an atty and checked for the blue led...none, red led still on. Tried a tank and carto and both didn't fire as well. Red led on... -

I don't think so. I removed the top cap and poured a bit of juice in the tank itself and not the carto. When the juice went in the punched hole, that's when a few drops started coming out the bottom. Hmmm...- marcalbar

I got my dct and 2 extra cartos a few days ago. I noticed that every time I refill the tank, there is juice that leaks out the threaded end of the carto. So I ruled out the o-rings. I was thinking maybe there is a hole in the air hole of the carto? What do you guys think?- marcalbar
