    It might sound silly but my leg pain started around the time I started drinking a greens powder. So I stopped drinking it for about a week and a half but it made no difference. Now I know. I started back this morning and felt pretty wired so went and did a workout and had zero pain.

    Good evening. Work was mediocre. I really didn’t feel like being there today. I’m glad it’s the weekend again. The wife picked up a couple bake it yourself pizzas for dinner. I’m having some mild leg pain today so I’ll need to get out the massage gun.

    Looks like a great setup @Territoo! I have a desk and a table setup in my basement that’s close to the cabinet where I keep my flavors. It makes a big difference to have everything right there together.
