    Sure thing! Nature's Flavors : Malic Acid, kosher, gluten free, vegan, 100% Pure Food Grade. Granular Powder It's cheap enough, but that darn shipping. They also sell it for beer and wine brewing, you can find it on e-bay. I might check out the local brew shop to see if they have any.

    I'm trying this again at 5% today and find it much less perfumy (yep, that is a word) and I can taste more of the subtle flavors Hoosier describes. Still going to try it with the EM and see how that is.

    The orthodontic syringes allow one to get the last bit of flavor or juice out of a bottle (or a large bottle!) without spillage. You tip the bottle on it side and pull the fluid from the side of the bottle rather than trying to reach the bottom.

    From Wikipedia: I would say if you don't want to put sugar into your atty, it's a no go. You might as well break out the honey or table sugar, it would be cheaper and be basically the same thing. It all will caramelize on your atty.
