    I think it depends a lot on what kind of atomizers you use, what voltage you use them at, what liquid you use, etc, etc. I clean mine when I notice a decrease in performance. At 6v with 12mg tobacco e-liquid, cleaning occurs about once every 1-1.5 weeks.

    Great job! I feel like you... I never really thought vaping would lead to quitting, but it is actually waaaaaaaaaay more enjoyable for me. Quitting was not exactly easy, but proved to be very doable once I set my mind to it. 10 months is a major milestone. Keep it up!
