    I drink 2 10 oz cups in the morning - sometime have another late afternoon/early evening. If I need to be asleep at a reasonable hour no coffee after 9. But if I'm up very late I can drink coffee after 11 and there are no issues usually.

    Well my provider's settings haven't changed and this is the only site that does it. And this is a NEW development. It's happening quite a bit over the course of 24 hours.
