    Can you get vape liquid from the UK or US in Thailand? Maybe look for NETs or WTAs. There are alkaloids in WTAs and whole tobacco extract in NETs. Might help you get relief. Stay well.

    Maybe it's that you can only dual use in the first week or two. Maybe more, but eventually you've got to stop! I didn't think I would be able to quit, but I just kept hitting that vape, so as not to smoke. Looking at cigs turns me off now; I've never had that ever!
