morning everybody.:) J and Bovi...ginger tea is good for inflammation/arthritis. I have 2 cups of coffee in the am and drink 3 cups of straight ginger tea during the day. I have other relaxing teas inbetween. :) Also, a Meriva -SR or turmeric Phytosome Curcumin with Meriva is also good for... -
