    It actually wasn't very hard to do at all with just a hand drill, dremel and cheap soldering iron. I used a hammond 1590b plastic box, fat daddy vapes v3 with bottom feeder pins and kit and the base of a mini rda with drilled out posts as the mod connection.

    I've built two regulated squonkers. One I built to only use a Kbox, the other can use any mod that fits (so far I've used an istick 30 and 50, Smok M65, Sig 30 and kbox). The biggest downfall is obviously the size. Both are too bulky to be anything but a home device. That being said they work...

    Finished my second project! Kbox powered hammond 1590b squonker. Compared to the first attempt The kbox sticks 1 cm out the front. It works and fits in the hand much better than the first one.

    Yup I have two goblins that are now collecting dust since my two Billow V2's arrived. I bet the zephyrus works well but if the build quality is similar to the goblin then the billow has it beat in fit and finish.

    Do you mean now that subtanks are so much more advanced? I've got another 100 feet of 26 gauge in the mail for $5. I can make about 200 coils from that one spool. Subtanks work well and are nice for those that don't want to build. To each their own.
