    I was smoking just shy of two packs a day of non-filters(hand rolled) and thought I'd need nico-crack 36mg. Way too strong and it took two months and elevated blood pressure to convince my obstinate ... to cut back. I'm doing fine now with 18mg(no cravings) and may cut it back a bit further yet.

    I left the e-ciggie alone from the time I posted, yesterday. BP is back to 113/68 and the shortness of breath has improved as well. Oddly, I really don't have much of a craving for the e-cig or and analog, right now. I think I'll get some VG today and cut my liquid.

    The only e-liquid in VG with 36mg nicotine I've seen is on DIYsmokejuice/Myfreedomsmokes, but there aren't many flavors available. Does anyone know of a high strength VG supplier with a wide variety of flavors? If they have 48mg, even better....if they have nico-crack I'm fine with that, too.

    Go ahead and take a drag of an analog once in a while. The taste will soon be bad enough to make you wonder why you ever smoked. I've noticed this even more since vaping than when I had quit smoking cold turkey. Holy crap! I just looked at my banner and it's over 1600 ciggies avoided.
