    We are in the desert! A trip to town takes an hour, one way :) the heat keeps the riffraff closer to town, so it has some perks :) I try not to be too serious, it makes my head hurt :D

    Most landlords do a thorough cleaning/painting/replacing things that get damaged during the time of the property rental, usually at the renters expense, the deposit that's normally not returned and put in escrow to draw interest. Or at least that's how its supposed to work.

    I had to look in the mirror to see if I had enough gray hair to post in here :D I smoked for almost 30 years, quit 3 1/2 years ago with vaping. I like mech mods, so I always have one with me everywhere I go, even in Walmart! I get more questions from older employees about vaping than any other...

    Is the delrin screwed down tight on the button? You may need to file it down a bit.

    I have two of these, for some reason one works better than the other. My second one gets used daily :) The button is finicky, but once you get use to it, its not bad. That being said, if you have bigger/chubby fingers the button can be a PITA! Did you get brass or copper?
