    I worked in a small town years ago, they had an ice-cream factory there & once a day there was a discharge of some thing that smelled worse than any paper plant! It's not just paper, a lot of manufacturing facilities produce foul smells :(

    I just cant rationalize the need to hoard TP? I guess it's just one of those things people need to know they have? There's a paper plant about 45 minutes west of here, its a very diSTINKtive smell for sure! The town is called Espanola, We nick named Es-Pue -my -nola :)
