    Hang in there fam! Like others mentioned, plenty of water and vaping when your mind screams for a cig will aid you. The nicotine will kill off the urge. I'm sorry you feel so crappy, but once you're on the other side, you're golden.

    It really will. We have women that have procedures all the time around here, and none ever had to be held up to walk, physically restrained, or have cops called on them. The nice hospital people can aid you in any way they can before pops comes home. ;) Silly self...mmkay umm ummmm....where's...
