thanks for the insight! I position my coil so the top airflow holes are hitting smack dab to the center of my coil (3mm ID), flavor is very muted. Tried higher than that, same result. I haven't tried to position it lower though.. Yes, my daily driver is a Recoil RDA, i'm not expecting some "OMG... -
Charon. Is the hype real?
Charon is my daily driver for the last 2months or so. for the price point I have zero complaints, good 510 connection, and no the mod wouldnt fall off if you pick it up just by holding the battery door, the magnets are strong enough to hold it.- frosc

how high do you place the coils? i'm getting muted flavor out of this RTA, current build is 24ga 3mm ID Kanthal. any advice would be appreciated! -

hmm yeah im still getting muted flavor out of this. currently using 3mm 24ga Kanthal, tried placing the coil higher, same result. it's probably the wicking. any advice? -

Muted flavor with RDA, please help
My go-to flavor build currently is 26ga Ni80, 6wraps 3mm id, ohm-ing out at around .3 dual coil Nichrome has short ramp up and ramp down time, you dont really need high wattage, it's my current build in my Recoil and the flavor just pops. plenty of vapor from it too as well, dense flavorful... -
A question about juice consumption
MTL on Nautilus mini, 1.8ohm coils, 8-10W, 2-4ml a day. DL, RTAs/RDAs, mostly .3-.4 builds, 50-60W, 10-12ml a day.- frosc

the O.G Kylin has serious seeping issue under the base, I shelved mine because of this, got tired of wiping juice every couple hours or so. So unless you want liquid (though not much) on top of your mod, i'd suggest you look elsewhere, probably the OBS Engine, or EXO RTA. also the postless... -

anything with velocity style deck should be good for beginners. I dont have any experience with the battlestar RTA, but probably take a look at OBS Engine, so far it's my favorite tank. -

do you get good flavor putting the coil that low? been shelving my Engine Nano for a few months and I cant remember how exactly I place my coils, my current build is raised flush and close to the top of the post, getting muted flavor. -
