    crappy as in dry hit or no flavor? try upping your wattage, those outer wraps are huge, would take a lot of power to ramp up. Probably use 32ga or higher for the outer wraps.

    and MTL tanks should go through juice much slower, on full tank, my Nautilus mini (I believe it's 2ml capacity if im not mistaken) can last me half a day before needing another refill, so approx 4ml for a whole day.

    Yes it's possible, most mods are usable with any atomizer with 510 connector. If you dont want to build, the Nautilus/Nautilus 2 tank might be a good choice, it's an MTL tank though, so you pretty much have to change your vaping style/draws.

    The extra top ring is a nice addition, though tbh I dont really mind even without that top fill ring, the rubber ring that holds the tank has a really nice grip, doesnt wobble or anything.

    generally the lower your resistance, the more juice you'll go through, so I dont think switching coils will make anything better.
