what atomizer is better ?
for RDA im currently using Icon RDA from Vandy Vape, not a bad RDA. Is that Rashomon RDA in your profile pic? the deck is pretty similar to that, except the slots are reversed and no bottom airflow. as for RTA, I rotate between OBS Engine Nano and Kylin RTA.- frosc

everybody got different preferences in regards of what device they use. RDA is good because of the ease of building (coiling and especially wicking), there's much bigger margin for error in an RDA, at least in my experience. the more I use it the more I'm liking mine lol. I'm gonna stick with simple builds for now though. Any ideas for what might be the culprit for the heating issues with bigger builds? -
Question considering burning smell/general vape question.
Low wattage mod, not designed to use with sub ohm resistance. try looking for tanks with higher resistance coils (Nautilus mini, Nautilus 2) or build bigger than 1 ohms, if you are building your own though.- frosc

to me it's pretty reasonable, dual SS316L coils reading at .3ohms, I refilled once yesterday, so approx 12 ml, but at the end of the day I still have a little more than half tank left. Cant really answer that,sorry, since I only use the 2ml tank once before immediately switching to 6ml, the small tank goes through juice too fast. -

after using it for a day,2x refill on 6ml mode = approx 12ml, I'm getting a bit of condensation on the base. so I guess dont put this on an expensive mod if you dont want juice seepage sitting on top of it lol -

not an expert and dont have one, but i'll throw in my 2 cents. to my knowledge, you wick an RDTA by cutting the cotton just the right length to be inside the glass tank, and it feeds juice when you vape, you dont vape a device in an upright position right? that's how it feeds the juice, the tilt...- frosc

Pulled the trigger and bought this beauty. Works flawlessly right off the bat, and the flavor is just way up there for an RTA, and i'm using on 6ml mode. -

I placed it a bit high as well, you can see the bottom half of the coil from the airflow holes. I tried opening the airflow wide open, still got the heat issue. -

I'm thinking of buying Kylin for my "flavor" tank, because to be honest, the flavor on the engine nano isn't that impressive :/ but then again, I dont want to retire my Engine, but I dont have an extra mod for it to sit. digging deep into the rabbit hole I guess. -

just rebuilt my Icon, yeah I get better results with simple SS316L wire compared to bigger coils, no ramp up time, crisp flavor and dense vapor, and most importantly little to no heating issues. Probably because the quality of my claptons as well, or just personal preference, but idk lol. -

yeah im using the smallest bore drip tip (and tallest) out of the 3, just to minimize the chance of my lips touching the cap. And I feel im getting better flavor out of this drip tip as well, so it's a plus. -

still rockin mine. the only issue I got is the top cap gets really hot if I'm using large wires (claptons and above), got none of this if i'm using simple round/twisted wires. -

it is a solid mod, Im loving mine, but there's one major problem with this mod though. so my RDA pretty much is a permanent resident of the predator, im paranoid lol.
