First they came for the disposable vapes, but I said nothing, because I was using a mechanical squonker and DIY'ing my juice....
I don't have details, but I have a vague recollection that they're also planning a "generational" ban in the UK?
And of course Australia is worse. They're going to...
Me too. Pro-Tank heads. They were good for one new coil. After that, they tasted of burnt rubber. I suppose the solution would have been to use NR-R-NR wires, but I saw no sense in that vs. using an atty that was meant to be re-built and would happily run on plain resistance wire.
My guess is the FDA wouldn't be amused, so it would have to kept on the down low.
Besides, the Kabuki wasn't rebuildable was it? IIRC, it used Nautilus coils? I could be mistaken; I never had one. Anything meant to be used forever has to be rebuildable. That's what got me started...
Sadly, the green one has developed a couple of cracks. I'm still using it though. My OG walnut one that's been my daily driver for 8-1/2 years now in even rougher shape, but I'm kinda determined to keep it going for a full ten years, at which point I will allow it to retire to my collectibles...
I believe that's true, but as long as it brings in money (Dollars, Euros, etc) from overseas, the CCP will not go out of its way to shut down the manufacture and export of vape gear, whether it be 510, pods, or disposables.
The P42A is a 21700. How do you fit that into a single 18650 battery mod? ;)
IMO, that's excessively low for a single-cell mech mod. You probably won't blow anything up, but the battery will not be happy for very long.
IMO, that constitutes excessive punishment for the "crime" of using nicotine.
At my high school, back in the mid 1970s, thick smoke would often roll out of the bathroom door when it was opened, and the teacher's lounge was just as bad, if not worse. Me, I didn't start smoking until college...
If it's really a concern (and it was to me), buy a small freezer and some glass bottles. Stored properly, it seems to last forever. Right now, I'm vaping liquid made in from nic I bought in 2014, and since it's unflavored, I can tell you with certainty that the nic is just fine...
I guess I was ahead of the curve, because that's exactly what I chose to revert to back around 2016 in order to be sure that I was completely FDA-proof. Buy it once, use it forever.
I wasn't looking at it in terms of combustion vs. vaporization. What I was saying is that quality 510 gear is to disposable vapes what pipes were to cigarettes, in terms of what people purchased.
Uhm.. I'm a 15-20W vaper.
While I admit I have a high disposable income, I bet I've spent less on vaping in the last five years than anyone using disposables, pods, or even any of the low-end China 510 stuff that needs dies on a regular basis. You see, I have bought zero...
I'm thinking it's the equivalent of a pipe, which was the almost universal way to smoke tobacco before rolled up (disposable) cigarettes became a thing.
However, pipes never went away completely, and neither did pipe tobacco.
As for China not making 510 hardware anymore, I personally don't...
There's more money to be made in the long run selling someone a $10-20 disposable every few days than a $100 510 setup every year or two.
I've got a contractor doing a big project at my house in PA over the last few days. Seven guys have been working on it. At least four or five of them...
