i just got 2 in the mail i did the check if fake comparisons they look real, i put them in a new efast luc 4 they started at 3.6v new they seem to not be going over 3.7v on 1A charging did they send me old batteries or is it suppose to be like that
im getting a sig 150 and 2 vtc4 and a charger in the mail today do i need to charge them right when i get them? and how long will they last and how do i know when they are ready to be charged

i got a chi you clone from cigreen, a sony vtc4 flatop, and a arctic sub ohm tank 0.5ohm coil
is that safe?
and if so i just use one battery and take links out of the clone right
how do i know what watts to start out to test new coils? i dont understand the ohms law thing on steam eng, im going to build a 2mm 6 wrap dual 28g coil for 0.5 i got a sieg 150 i dont know what to start the watts out so i dont burn the coil and how high i can go
