I grabbed a Kuwako and plan on testing out an automatic Neo battery (mainly just for review purposes) but after looking into this for a few days this kit is just way too expensive for what is basically two 650mah ego batteries. You can get a kit with two 650 mahs with better warranties for less...
Wood generally needs to be a bit thicker to work with and be stable enough not to break.
Ecigworkshop LLC has some cube-ish looking devices though they are a bit thicker I think.

as tj99959 points out it isn't a huge deal on a GLV2 unless they changed its internals...it makes everything perfect (or imperfect depending on your desires)
