    You could get another switch from another vendor and test it. Most likely something is wrong with your switch section. Crap happens....etc

    I don't know could be the cone making it seem warmer, this is my first ego style. Most places say it is 3.5-4.2, the instruction booklet just says 4.2. Meters don't lie tho, I am sure quality can very. I may pick up a Riva down the road to see if there is much difference.

    Yes the 510 atty is warmer with a bit more vapor on the T-rex battery. It is a 3.7 unregulated battery.
