    Texas is a very nice place to live. Everything is so spread out, you can find rural areas both in the middle of nowhere and a just a hop, skip and a jump down the highway in urban areas. If you don't want cold though, steer clear of the panhandle area.

    I think there are different suggested percentages for each one shot, but I saw mostly recommendations for 6% - 8%. I checked my recipes on ELR and I used 7% for the Mellow Chili Mango.
