Nice... I went overboard with the logo for my side business and now I'm paying for it lol.. far too complex as far as colors and shading to get a decent price on screenprinting anything as far as shirts hats or little freebee bits...
oh on a side note I never did put my first box mod...
another big glaring factor is the wattage people are getting too...
if you figure a mod with either an 18650 or an IMR battery is going to turn out that 3.7V ...rendering 9.13W out of a 1.5Ω atty...
the eGo with it's 3.1-3.2 ish Volts with that same 1.5Ω atty is only going to be around...
sorry... when you produce products that have a less than stellar QC track record...put out products that have the incorrect wrappers on them but otherwise look identical to another product... (lets say DealExtreme: $7.97 UltraFire Protected 18650 3.7V "2600mAh" Lithium Batteries - Red (2-Battry...
the *fire batteries are actually the ones that arent true mAh ratings but are shall we say optimistic...
your better batteries are going to be AW, Pila, or wolfs eyes ....
anyway here's a comparison chart from CPF that's great: LiIon 18650 battery comparison - CandlePowerForums
for my money...

the different chemistry makes it a lighter battery....but it's also 3.6V instead of 3.7V... they are also flat top cells (like the AW 2600mAh) so may not work in certain mods that require the use of a button top...
they also have some new heat resistant layer technology that is supposed to help...
no that's sorta mostly right...
different batteries by manufacturer, size, and chemistry have different C ratings..... which effect the max drain (possible amperage) of the battery...
as for the 10440 size batteries...no none of them really are capable of delivering the amperage for a LR...
hold the phone a sec....
I use LiMN high drain batteries in a box mod built from parts from madvapes....
why? because the 14500 LiMN can actually supply the amps that a LR atty wants (not to mention any atty below about 2.7Ω) without the voltage sag and overstressing the battery....
but...
there are some that are taking a burned out 510 atty and removing the shell from it...
then they cut a bit of 306 cart (like the length of the metal part of the 306 between the threads and bridge.... and put that in the empty 510 atty shell (it should be snug)...and then put that on the 306 and...
a 10440 won't last nearly as long as an eGo...on the upside in most 10440 mods there's no mosfet to blow out which is what seems to be dying on the eGos with regards to LR atties... that being said the 10440 really isn't strong enough to run them either without overstressing and causing damage...
honestly the delrin is a better plastic for our use, delrin is near unbreakable..the pores on it are smaller so it's more microbial and easier to clean (could actually just be thrown in the dishwasher)...and are better resistant to our temperatures
the acrylic can get brittle or break easier, or...
tons od places have them now...nhaler was first I believe..but now just about everywhere carries them...all pretty much the same delrin ones...though nhaler has the twisted acrylic tips... cherry vape has the cannon 306 drip tips and those are carried by COV as well...
me I turned my own out...
1) some KR808d-1 batteries...V4L just made the move from vacume activated to sound... so check with manufacturers..
2) KR808d-1, 510, 306, some of the eGos and clones..a bunch of others
3) the boge cartos like turbos from vapornine, or mega cartos from nhaler burn less...also the new...
except I wouldn't use the BDL high drain batteries... get the AW ones..there's a 2A difference in what they're capable of providing...
the fact that they choose to sell the BDL batteries is actually the lynchpin for me as to why I WONT buy batteries there or any mod that comes with them...
that's exactly how I work my bottom button devices...the rehomed superT s6 and soon to be precise... just rest the button on the pinky between first and second knuckle...pulling down slightly with index and thumb....with the index and thumb positioned just so it almost becomes as simple as just...
not really....
I suggest you read this thread: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/madvapes/127262-about-low-resistance-specific-batteries.html to fully grasp what's going on with LR atties and eGo type batteries
yes it'll work just fine...I've used adapters on a 10 port 510 multicharger to charge several KR808d-1 batteries as well...
just check the mA output rating of the charger... the mA output should be lower than the mAh of the battery...
the reason the eGo fast charger is a risk as far as...
