    p.s. I should follow my own advice ;) Basically, it is this. Our lungs supply oxygen to our hearts, and our whole bodies. Our lungs are meant to breathe air. If we want our hearts and lungs to last, it makes sense to only put air into them.

    I started this thread. I have been vaping since 2011. Vaping causes a buildup of the products you are using, in your lungs. You want to argue, fine. You want to save your lungs, quit vaping.

    MadVapes had cheap little Variable Voltage Box Mods that used two 14500 batteries. I loved them. They were flimsy. They had a horn button and a little dial to change the voltage. I have so much other stuff that I didn't use them often enough for them to break. Who sells these little things...

    I have had that happen too. It's really annoying when the center post isn't aligned. I've heard some people bang them with a hammer. I just don't use them. I found that sometimes when they are not aligned, changing the gasket or the top helps, but not always.

    That's what I am thinking, there is still liquid in the center pin piece. The weird thing is they can sit and dry for weeks, and still sound gurgly.     Oh my gosh, I didn't realize that the 400mAh Vision Spinner was exactly what I was looking for. I kept thinking it was the same size as the smallest clone VV Evods, Vision Spinners, and Twists I buy from FastTech. Those are roughly 100mm. The 400mAh Vision Spinner is only 78mm. Perfect!

    I saw the teeniest eGo Twist, and now I can't find where I saw it. It was an off brand cheap one. I like to have a bunch of the little VV ones around keep in my purse. I'm kicking myself for not buying some! It was smaller than the Vision Spinner 400mAh. Any suggestions on who would have it?

    I did test it for a couple of weeks before I went to the doctor. It wasn't that high. Usually in the 150/90 rate. The highest was 170/100. I do cardio. Zumba twice a week and exercise bike most other days. I am on a beta blocker now; I hate taking medication! Now it is down to 100/60 most days...

    Maybe I am using more nicotine than when I smoked. I only use 6 mg., but I tend to chain vape. What sucks is I have to take blood pressure medicine now.
