Is THAT what it's called!!!!? Wow, I never knew why I keep changing flavors. So I have a bunch of Vivi Novas and I usually use the 2.8 heads. I have a bunch of 2.4 and 1.8's that are just sitting around unused. If I get a mechanical, should I try those? And maybe get a Kick?
I'm thinking if I...
So what voltage does the mechanical vape at? Does it feel similar to a 3.7 device, or is it more power?
I have a box mod that uses two 18650 batteries -- it does go down in power as the batteries discharge, but if I keep turning the voltage up I don't notice it.
By the way, I have an Xtar charger. Not the one that does a whole bunch of batteries, it just does two. It's the only charger I use now. I've had it for a year or so. It has the little spacers so I can charge 18350s too. I like that it has a different setting for the 18650s.
Ahh so Fasttech orders it from China, advertises it, and the customers wait? I'm not in a huge hurry anyways.
So what's the deal with rebuildables? Oops, I mean't mechanicals. I know they don't have anything that will break. But what are their other positives?
Bwhare, I'm glad you brought that up. I was wondering about getting a mechanical mod. I'm not a tinkerer, so I don't know if it is good for me. I saw a cheapie one on Vapor Joe's email today - $20 for stainless steel knockoff.
I dunno about rebuildble attys. I hate futzing with stuff. Cloned...
Hi Mom :) :) It is an eGo Mini!!! I can look up where I bought it if you want. It wasn't expensive, and was one of the few places that had the little ones in lots of colors.
Sandy
Matt, they DO look like twinnies. I think mine is smaller than yours. Here it is with a mini nova. HAHAHAHA, yours is bigger than mine ;)
That little carto in the first picture is so teensy! It's maybe an inch long. It lasts around three puffs like an atty. I thought it would last longer than...
Knock knock, anybody home? WE ARE! Yay, we just gotta keep it going. How adorable is this? I got it for stealth vaping on a cross country train trip later this month
Now that I know how to take these apart, I took two eGo Twists apart that weren't working. Both had the black wire come out of the solder. I just make a huge mess when I try to solder. :( I'm not going to try to fix these.
By the way, the Vision Spinner stopped working again. Every wire looks...
You can see I scratched the heck out of it with the vise grip, even though I put a cloth under it. It was worth five minutes of work to save $24 or so. I never thought it would fix it, though.
It was easy to take apart. I just rocked the metal part back and forth until it came out. I could see...
David those are awesome, thanks! I never was a lanyard user.
Okay, I took this sucker apart. It started with the button light being solid white, not going off when I pushed it in, then flickering and going off. All the wires look like they're soldered okay. What skinny little wires! Geez. I...
Sharon, you know, I'm quite surprised at how well it hits! Taste is good. I have a teensy 1.7 cartomizer on it, called a shorty. The issue is that the shorty doesn't hold much juice. I'm thinking of putting a mini Vivi Nova on it, but those are as tall as the regular Vivis.
Great idea about...
You got that right, David! Or my Zmax. I'm going on a cross-country train trip, so I bought a teensy weensy PV for stealth vaping. I hope I can keep it under my shirt and take a puff here and there.
I'm pretty sure this one has a short. I played with the button and got it on for a few minutes, enough to charge it. When I took it off of the charger, instead of the white button light flashing and going out, the light stayed lit and didn't turn off. I got it to work for awhile, then the light...
Sharon, 2 months. I looked up the invoice, I got it in May. :( Sharon, have you heard about this before, or has it happened to you? The only other thing I've had wrong with other Spinners was that the threads got stripped.
