    You know what else helps with the nasty taste left in your sinuses is to take a steamy shower and clean out your sinuses as much as you can. Some here have reported using a Neti pot to flush their sinuses, but I just can't make myself go that far. The steamy shower does help, though.

    Yep, it's easy. Take the atomizer only and put the threaded end in a paper towel. Not too tight, or you won't get air flowing through. Then, blow really hard through the open end. You'll see liquid has come out onto the paper towel. Keep doing that until you can't get anymore liquid out...
