    That is true for CNAs here too but you don't have to be a CNA to work in-home care or nursing facilities. It's something that should be mandatory but isn't. I background check every one of my people, not just at employment but throughout the year as well.

    and what's even scarier is that most of the people working in home care and the nursing homes are not even background checked!!:frown: That is appalling to me.
