I'm not sure how other banks handle it, but my bank wanted me to jump through all kinds of hoops for a Debit Card dispute. I said screw it, that's too much work. Luckily Dicodes-USA came through and made good on their debt. Now I use my Credit Card for online orders from unfamiliar vendors.
