    Want some? I don't think the 2 of us can eat it all. I just made a mop sauce out of apple cider vinegar, water, the rub I used, brown sugar and salt and pepper.     Well the pork shoulder has been on the smoker for one hour, looks good. It's cooking at 250 degrees for about 6 hours and I'm using cherry wood pellets.
