    I vaped 24 mg (sometimes 30) for the first few weeks until I quit smoking completely. If you're using a mini, I wouldn't reduce nicotine too quickly. Do you still have cigarette cravings?

    PG has been studied extensively. It's in all sort of inhalers. Probably more so that VG.

    Don't decrease nicotine too much, you'll have withdraw symptoms. You can always reduce nicotine by adding a few drops of VG that you can pick up at Walmart.
