I just built a coil like pbusardo did in his youtube post. I turned the wire under the screw barriers (instead of putting the wire between screw and barrier on both sides). This provided more rounds and wider coil. Obviously cotton went farther from air hole :) -

Thanks for asking :) I managed to use this beauty with tc mod and i even secseded to refill without leaking, gurgling no nothing at all. BUT, there is a but for sure, wicking requires "too" much effort, i hope i'll get used to it. I'm not sure that much attention is worth since i get more flavor... -

After 2 more try and failed i gave up spaced coil (therefore tc) and 2,5mm. I used 2mm rod on Kanthal (micro) reletively less cotton. As you advised after wicking i left approximately 1mm space on both side of the coil between posts. I'm about to finish the tank, so far none of the problems :) I... -
