    As for hichrom or kanthal - it's all headology. Nearly impossible to tell the difference if you are not worked out any difference before trying. SS in VW - about the same, if you use the right gauge. And about TC... But sorry, I am not an expert.

    Is temp control just for sub ohm?

    Most current mods work with 1.5 ohm coils. For a while I used TC with SS coils 1.0-1.3 ohm. Finally I decided that TC was masking my faults in wicking, making vaping less enjoyable. But many people do like it even with high resistance coils. May be I'll change my opinion in a year or five.

    Today nobody knows "how much". The only (almost) known thing: MUCH safer. Interpretation of this "much safer" as 95% looks good to me. Even if I definitely see some minor bad influence of vaping on my body (taste buds, voice, coughing).
