This is what we felt when in the cave. Once we turned out the flashlights and remained still, thousands of bats flew past us. Trying to capture good images of them was difficult. You basically point and shoot randomly in the hopes that it snaps just as one flies by.

This is Laguna Botas which is the old crater of the Poás volcano (there is a new active one that I already posted). The water is acidic fresh water, it is deep and warm but not boiling hot by any means. A native tribes named the Botas once lived around the lake.

This is a pic of a lava field from Arenal Volcano in Costa Rica. The volcano was active and this field ran right through the rainforest which sent everything on fire. This happened relatively recently.
