    Our liaison is contacting CASAA in order to get an update and we'll go from there. It works best when we coordinate directly with CASAA, not that we don't appreciate folks pointing things out, we just like to coordinate directly with our counterparts there so we can remain in synch on issues.

    Nope it doesn't change your eligibility at all :) I recommend that folks do that since a yearly recurring payment is something that often slips your mind and I am one of those people that doesn't like surprises, even if it is just something I forgot.

    +1 If a business won't pay up to renew their SSL cert, or doesn't have the tech staff to properly install it I do not trust them enough to give them my business. There are many many other alternatives, paying a couple bucks more someplace else may save you a lot of hassle in the long run.
