Probably because if they sold it as 7ml someone would measure it and complain that they only got 6.8 :) Look at the extra juice as a bonus at your end and insurance on theirs.
ECF is not the only forum that restricts access frrom areas until you have reached a certain post count, XDA is another and if you look you will find many more.
You don't have to leave if you don't like it -- you have to post 5 times.
While we had the techs available we took the opportunity to upgrade the forum search function.
A lot of the functions that are tied to search will be unavailable until all of the search indices are fully regenerated. In a forum this large this will take some time.
Most of the today's posts...
We did some server upgrades today and took the opportunity to update the search software while the techs were already working.

Update: My posts is still not working but most of the today's posts searches are working. I have no ETA on how long it will take, this depends on how long it takes to rebuild the search indices and if Harry has to do any additional work on the search backend.
The entire search system is being upgraded , our vB tech decided to do this concurrently with the hardware upgrades. This part of the maint will take a little time, but the rest of the forum functionality should be available.
Just in case people have missed my clear personal opinion on the matter:
As a ECF member (not staff member, just plain ole me): I think that the classifieds should not be regulated on pricing at all. Let the market decide. I also feel that nobody should posting snarky comments about price. All...
There is also SFATA and the other trade organization that I won't mention by name (let filter research it) that only supports prefilled cartos as an option. There are a lot of players in the equation and none of them speak for everyone.
I'm very pleased to see this conversation proceed in a civil manner. Within the framework of ECFs intent for the classifieds (and the site as a whole) your comments and suggestions are being noted.
Earlier someone asked something along the line of "Where is the rule that the classifieds are a...
I can't speak for j0ker completely (i'm sure he'll chime in when he gets home and has a chance to catch up) but I do think he is trying to split the difference and make a procedure that preserves some sort of balance between the two sides of the issue.
Personally I'm in favor of no caps, no...
I beg to differ. your quote wasn't debate, it was a snarky comment. My offer stands, If you have feedback on how j0ker can make it work better feel free to rejoin the conversation. As for the rest, changes happen, they don't always make everyone happy but in the end change is bound to happen...
You seem to have a lack of understanding of the forum rules. There is absolutely no doubt you were being disruptive when you were banned and now you are working on it again. Your ban is not relative to the subject, drop it.
Disagreement is handled by posting a reasonable response to the issue. Spoiling for a fight is complaining about heavy handed moderation and saying go ahead and ban me and delete my post. Seriously why the drama?
So if the argument seems worn out you need to look in the mirror and see why. Be...
i think titanium is probably a nonstarter for a low cost mod because the difficulty in machining it places additional costs into the manufacture. People with the machinery and skillset to work in titanium are a little harder to find than folks that can mill aluminum.
The perfect PV would be much like the perfect mistress. Good looking, sleek and lasts as long as you need. It would also be flexible and adaptive , and smart enough to fulfill your every want and need without being asked or told.
