6 days and it still hasn't shipped.
And these are the issues that I have written about over and over again! It should not take an email from you, me, whoever to get the right information....THey should be notifying people of this stuff and they aren't! Bad business....I understand delays, they happen occasionally, but excuses do... -

Time was never the issue...it has always been information...and why would you have to change an order on the fly may I ask? -

Interesting..I ordered on the 15th as well and I AM STILL WAITING for it just to leave their place! I get nothing but excuses so count yourself lucky! 5 orders in a month and all but 4 went smoothly...i just keep hearing lies...this will probably be it for me..I will not be ordering from them... -

She responded to mine as well last night...after having been told it went out on the 18th...they the 19th...last night it "went out today" I will bet that when I get home and check the usps number, it still has not gone anywhere! -

InnoVapor Order And Shipping concerns
I am more concerned with the fact that some people get their orders in 2 days and others (mine) have still to ship because they ran out of ecopure..they emailed me and asked me what I wanted them to do...I told them to send everything else and put the ecopure on backorder and they apparently...
