    You need an adapter and it will charge slower, but yes you can. I believe the charger issues are supposed to be fixed though, or you can use the pass through style batts. They are a little bit longer than a regular ego, but I love mine. You can NOT use an ego charger with a standard 510...

    Puresmoker is cheaper on the case. They are a little higher on the charger but you get the wall plug with it. I don't think the one I saw on LF came with a wall plug.

Sure I'll use the V3 with a standard carto @ 6 volts at the house, and I used to carry it with me, but since the ego and LR carto give me a good vape without trying to pull my shirt off if I put it in that pocket...
