    As others have said, no, you do not need 200W, but it is nice to have the option. I have a 150W regulated mod and the highest I usually go is around 55W (for dual coil tanks), but I do like the battery life.

    Yeah, the free delivery on orders over a tenner is pretty great. I wish Chef's vapour would do that. Vapable seem to do sales on flavourings quite a bit too, but they really need to increase the range of flavourings that they stock (and brands). I would shop there more if they had more items.
