Hey,
It does sound like you need more vapour to give you the feeling that you are actually inhaling something.
I would suggest getting a larger device, some kind of eGo Twist or Vision Spinner battery and then a Protank 2 tank.
The benefit of the Protank2 is that it will allow you the option...
I too have had a little play with some coils, tried out -- IIUNUII --(1.3ohms 28 or 26AWG memory fails me), was not great in all fairness, I could not power it enough to get a decent vape. Waste of time on a mech and on the VTR at 15W it was anemic. I am sure it will work better when I get a...
Hi all,
I have been looking to get into DIY, so I am looking for a decent source of Nicotine in the UK. VG base is preferred along with not having that peppery taste that you get with some nicotine.
I did email a supplier here (go4smoke) to ask about theirs and they stated that any peppery...
My favourite juices all happen to be custardy ones filled with delicious diketones.
The thing that worries me more than inhaling them is the thought of inhaling whatever chemicals they replace them with in the 'diketone free' liquids.
I suppose anything that gains attention for e-cigs is a good thing, but I would rather they didn't have to resort to underhand (or under waist) tactics to spread the word.
As the article suggests, it works for one gender but not for the other.
I find the 'naughty' association to be a negative...
Yes, I agree and some flavours seem to 'burn' at higher temperatures. The answer I gave was about vapour production and not anything to do with flavour (as per the OP).
As for the use of Nickel wire rather than Kanthal, I will speculate that it has something to do with either the temperature vs...
It does not sound right to me.
Whom is the quote from?
The heat is caused by the current flowing through the coils (which is a component of Power), thicker wire needs more current flowing through it to heat up (due to more flow area meaning less collisions). So I do agree with you that...
That has nothing to do with it. Clones are direct copies of mods, if the original mod has venting then so will the clone. It is not rocket science.
If the tolerances need to be extremely close for the mod to vent effectively then that is a massive design flaw.
It also does serve to highlight that some mods do not have the proper venting, they therefore can explode rather than just release the gasses. This applies to both original mods and clones.
A tin of beans will explode if heated (and unopened).
From the article about it in the Metro...
"He claims the shop which sold him the e-cig blamed wrong batteries.
And David is now considering suing the makers of the Mutant Clone e-cigarette."

If you were a real expert then you would have passed the smg stage and now would be running around using a sniper rifle doing quickscopes...
The search on this forum is not the best, even if you know what you are looking for it is sometimes hard to find the correct thread (probably due to lack...
Thanks for sharing that Moxienator, and for the good explanation, it is much appreciated.
Looks pretty clean! It is good to see that after two days vaping.
I would like to see more of the youtube 'experts' using spaced coils, (and far less wick in a lot of cases) but I will try not to lose...
That could be a distinct possibility.
There is more exposed surface area on the spaced coils so therefore the heat can dissipate more effectively. I would theorize that it is a bit like when you put your wet clothes on the washing line (or clothes dryer), they dry far more quickly if there is...
It should be about 8 or 9 wraps for a 2ohm coil.
I used to make Vivi nova and Davide Glassomizer coils with 32AWG and I used 10 wraps to get 2.4ohm coils. (using the biggest screwdriver that would fit between the slots in the 'head')
